Deze verfrissende Sour Grape Ale heeft een lichte bitterheid, gecombineerd met fruitige/vineuze smaken en een zuurtje door het gebruik van de Philly Sour gist. De afdronk is lichtjes vineus en fruitig. Best geserveerd 6°C.
ZEPHYRINUS – MEXICAN SPICED STOUT (alc. 8.2% vol, IBU:29). SMAAK/AROMA: ZEPHYRINUS, een stout met een mooie romige schuimkraag, heeft aroma’s van kruiden en koffie. Deze Mexicaanse schoonheid komt met een degelijke bitterheid, delicate & evenwichtige kruidensmaken (jalapeno, vanilla, kaneel), toetsen van koffie & donkere chocolade (cacaonibs) en eindigt met een lichte alcoholtoets. De afdronk is kruidig, lichtjes zoet met een vleugje koffie. Bovendien geeft de toevoeging van lactose tijdens het brouwproces dit bier een crème-achtig mondgevoel. Best geserveerd 8°C.

ZEPHYRINUS – MEXICAN SPICED STOUT (alc. 8.2% vol, IBU:29). TASTE/AROMA: ZEPHYRINUS, a stout with a nice creamy head, has aromas of herbs and coffee. This Mexican beauty comes with a decent bitterness, delicate & balanced herbal flavours (jalapeno, vanilla, cinnamon), notes of coffee & dark chocolate (cacaonibs) and ends with a light alcohol touch. The aftertaste is spicy, slightly sweet with a hint of coffee. The addition of lactose during the brewing process gives this beer a creamy mouthfeel. Best served 8°C.
