CELINE BLOOD ORANGE HAZY IPA (alc. 6.0% vol, IBU:40). SMAAK/AROMA: Je ervaart een heerlijke fruitige aroma-explosie bij het uitschenken van deze bloedsinaasappel hazy IPA met een troebel uiterlijk. Al bij de eerste slok trakteert deze IPA je op een medium tot stevige bitterheid door de 5 hopsoorten die een mooie rol spelen in dit bier; met duidelijke smaken van bloedsinaasappel en een lichtzoete toets. De afdronk is hoppig, fruitig en lichtjes droog met een milde zoetheid. Voor deze verfrissende IPA werd 40L bloedsinaasappelsap gebruikt op 500L bier. Best geserveerd op 6°C.
VITALIS BLACK IPA (alc. 6.6% vol, IBU:125). SMAAK/AROMA: VITALIS heeft een pikzwart uiterlijk met een zeer stevige romige schuimkraag en aroma's van mout en koffie. Een sterke bitterheid wordt waargenomen door het gebruik van 5 hopsoorten in combinatie met licht gebrande mout en gebrande koffiesmaken. De afdronk is hoppig met op de achtergrond een licht zoetje en een vleugje koffie. Best geserveerd op 6-8°C.
ANASTASIUS DIPA (alc. 8.0% vol, IBU:61). SMAAK/AROMA: Deze goud/honingkleurige double IPA heeft een mooie schuimkraag en geeft je direct heerlijke fruitige aroma’s. Een goede hoppige bitterheid raakt je met fruitige (ananas/passievrucht) smaken die tot het einde aanhouden met een delicate honingachtige zoetheid. De afdronk is lichtjes bitter met een milde zoetheid. Een verdubbeling van de hoppigheid en fruitigheid in vergelijking met de typische IPA … en sterker. Best geserveerd op 6°C.
CELINE BLOOD ORANGE HAZY IPA (alc. 6.0% vol, IBU:40). TASTE/AROMA: You will experience a lovely fruity aroma explosion upon pouring this blood orange hazy IPA with an opaque appearance. After the very first sip, this IPA treats you to a decent to strong bitterness due to the 5 hop varieties that play a key role in this beer; with clear blood orange flavours and a light sweet touch. The aftertaste is hoppy, fruity and slightly dry with a mild sweetness. 40L of blood orange juice were used on 500L of beer to achieve this refreshing IPA. Best served at 6°C.
VITALIS BLACK IPA (alc. 6.6% vol, IBU:125). TASTE/AROMA: VITALIS has a pitch black appearance with a very firm creamy head and aromas of malt and coffee. A strong bitterness is perceived through the usage of 5 hop varieties in combination with roasted malt and roasted coffee flavours. The aftertaste is hoppy with a very light distant sweetness in the background and a touch of coffee. Best served at 6-8°C.
ANASTASIUS DIPA (alc. 8.0% vol, IBU:61). TASTE/AROMA: This golden/honey coloured double IPA has a nice head and provides you immediately with lovely fruity aroma’s. A good hoppy bitterness hits you with fruity (pineapple/passion fruit) flavours lingering through to the end with a delicate honey-like sweetness. The aftertaste is lightly bitter with a mild sweetness. Double the hoppiness and fruitiness compared to the typical IPA … and stronger. Best served at 6°C.
