NEW BEER IN LIMBURG! Part I - Knock Out Hoppy Pils

KNOCK OUT HOPPY PILS (alc. < 0,5% vol). SMAAK/AROMA: De HOPPY PILS is een licht blond alcoholvrij bier met een mooie helderheid en een witte schuimkraag. Bij het inschenken zal je fruitige- en licht-hoppige aroma’s ervaren. De eerste slokjes zullen je verwelkomen met moutige smaken, een subtiele fruitigheid en een lichte hoppigheid. De afdronk is lichtjes bitter en lichtjes zoet. Dit alcoholvrije bier heeft een mooie carbonatie, een volle smaak en laat je achter met een zijdezacht mondgevoel. Best geserveerd 6°C.

WIST-JE-DAT?: De alcoholvrije bieren van Biosenza zijn biologisch & glutenvrij. De focus ligt op ‘healthy’; dus alcoholvrij, amper suiker (0,6 gram suiker per 100ml), 30 Kcal per 100ml, biologisch, 100% natuurlijk, glutenvrij & vegan en van goede doordrinkbare kwaliteit. Deze bieren zijn dus een goed alternatief voor alcoholische en niet-alcoholische frisdranken wanneer alcohol niet een optie is. De hop, mouten en maltodextrine zijn van biologische oorsprong. De HOPPY PILS maakt deel uit van de KNOCK OUT SERIES, in totaal drie alcoholvrije bieren.

WIST-JE-OOK-DAT?: Maltodextrine is één van de ingrediënten in de KNOCK OUT HOPPY PILS. Maltodextrine in bier is een grotendeels onvergistbare polysacharide die brouwers toevoegen om het mondgevoel/body te verbeteren, een vollere smaak te geven en de schuimstabiliteit te verhogen. Het wordt vooral gebruikt in lichte & alcoholarme bieren zonder de zoetheid van gewone suikers en zonder het alcoholpercentage te beïnvloeden omdat het niet door gist wordt omgezet in alcohol. Het kan ook gebruikt worden bij Stouts & Porters (voor extra volheid en een romig karakter) en Hazy IPA's (voor een voller mondgevoel).

KNOCK OUT HOPPY PILS (alc. < 0,5% vol). TASTE/AROMA: The HOPPY PILS is a light blond, alcohol-free beer with a nice clarity and a white head. Upon pouring, you'll experience fruity and lightly hoppy aromas. The first sips will greet you with malty flavours, a subtle fruitiness and a light hoppiness. The finish is slightly bitter and slightly sweet. This alcohol-free beer has good carbonation, a full flavour and leaves you with a silky smooth mouthfeel. Best served at 6°C.

DID-YOU-KNOW?: Biosenza's alcohol-free beers are organic and gluten-free. The focus is on "healthy"; meaning they're alcohol-free, contain minimal sugar (0.6 grams of sugar per 100ml), have 30 Kcal per 100ml, are organic, 100% natural, gluten-free and vegan and are easy-drinking. Maltodextrin in beer is a largely unfermentable polysaccharide that brewers add to improve mouthfeel/body, impart a fuller flavour and increase head stability. It is primarily used in light and low-alcohol beers without the sweetness of regular sugars and without affecting the alcohol content because it is not converted into alcohol by yeast. It can also be used in stouts and porters (for extra body and a creamy character) and hazy IPAs (for a fuller mouthfeel).
